RIP Art Self Portraits Students created self portraits using ripped pieces of paper. No tools could be used except for their hands and the paper could have no edges.
9-11 Courage Words Silhouette Project Students created silhouettes of the twin towers, surrounding them with positive words.
Sugar Skull Pen Pal Letters Students created calveras (sugar skulls) to send to their pen pals. Students included a letter that popped out of the skull's mouth. We are so excited to get our pen pal letters back!
Native American Totem Poles Students created their own totem poles. We researched the animals symbolism and determined our spirit animals. Students then worked to recreate their "totem" styled animals.
Winter Watercolor Birch Trees Students created beautiful water color birch trees using masking tape an their imagination.
